- Unopened and sealed products can be returned within 3 days of delivery
- Products must be in original packaging with tags intact
- Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item
- Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer

- All pets are health-checked before sale with vaccination/deworming records provided
- We offer a 3-day health guarantee from the date of purchase
- If a pet falls ill within the guarantee period, contact us immediately with veterinary documentation
- Refunds or replacements for live pets are handled on a case-by-case basis
